  1. It's probably not the product key that your software is needed. Try to find another product key or contact the dealer where you buy the product.


  2. Make sure that CAPS LOCK is not on. After doing this, make sure that you type out the key properly. If this doesn't work, contact the relevant company to send you the right product key.  

  3. if your laptop is not answering the product key.try writing it again with full concentration or contact the its owner
