My laptop is weird as h**l! I want to throw it out of the window!?

I was listening to some AC/DC new single that and all of the sudden my Laptop has a built in mic that I never knew about. It was freaking screeching so loud It made my ears bleed. Now when I record with my Microphone you can't hear my voice. But when I take my Mic out. I can hear the Built in mic on this computer. This never happened before. I want to know how to turn off the built in mic.

start control panel system hardware device manager then click on sound devices then right click microphone and click disable in all profiles

first go into control panel, then go to hard wear and sound, then go to sound, then go to recording, then l**k the built in mic, right click and hit disable
