My laptop screen has gone smaller how can io fix it its just gone like that anyone help ?

my screen has gone smaller and i dont knwo why or how or even how to get it back anyone help

right click on desktop and click properties or personalization

next, go to display settings in vista OR the last tab in XP

pick a number at least 1024x768

In order to fix that, you can right click on your windows desktop, click properties and go to the farthest tab to the right, settings or something like that. In there change your resolution to the appropriate resolution, perhaps 1024 X 768 pixels.

If this doesn't work, download the latest drivers for your Display Adapter and install them, you probably are having trouble with the drivers. If you have your orginal disks for the laptop, you can slo go into Control Panel, double click System, then choose dthe Device Manager tab. Go down to Display Adapter, and click it, then right click the device listed under it and remove or delete it. Then go up to top and tell the computer to scan for new hardware, it will probably auto detect the display adapter and put the drivers back in fresh, if it asks you for a system disk, put it in and follow the steps.

Change it to "1280 x 800 pixels"
