  1. If you are a college student, the last thing you want is a credit card.  Try going to your local credit union for a loan or getting parents/relative to cosign but credit cards for student are horrendously high on the interest rate.  Also, talk to the counselor or tech department at the school you are at. there are some good deals for students available and some colleges help the student get one at a discounted rate.  Also, since it is for school, you may be able to get the school to tell you how you can use student loan money to buy a laptop.

  2. I wouldn't do it that way, see if you can finance it through the computer store you buy it from or make a deal with your parents to make payments to them or something along those lines.  Right now, a credit card is the LAST thing a young person needs to mess with.

  3. I woulnd'nt apply for a credit card because tha would intise you to want to get even further in debt. So you probably might want to earn money.

  4. I think you should save some cash. And buy a laptop with your college, you can get a discount. Don't apply for credit cards, school is just to damm expensive as it is. "say no to debt"

  5. i wouldn't apply for a credit card.... but if you really want to apply for a credit card, be sure to know all the things you should know when applying for a credit card....

  6. I would probably say just try to earn money and get it later.
