  1. Power cycle your modem (turn it off, yank the cord for like 15 seconds then put it back in and turn it on again)

If that doesnt work, try reseting your modem, you'll find a switch in the back for that.

    Good luck!

  2. Poor signal quality. You need to make sure your router's wireless aerial is not blocked  by, for example, too many walls or stuff like a domestic fridge being in the way.

  3. try the basics~power off ~check all cables~router/PC.

take them all out one at a time and replace firmly.

turning off then back on (the router)may solve it for a time .

    is your phone land line.

is your battery charger for mobile(and any other appliance) near your PC tower/lap top.

have you a radio /cd player near .

move them all they can cause interference with your router and signal.

a yard/metre away should be fine.

also are your cables tidy from these appliances /router/PC tower etc.

any "tangled cables can cause ~electro magnetic and othe rproblems.

if any of the above apply make the changes.

    hope this helps
