My laptop won't connect to my Verizon wireless modem...?

Each time I try, I always get that it's connected with limited access. Windows offers repair options, but they never work, and I have to be connected using an ethernet cable...

Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried turning the modem off, unplugging it, disconnecting several cords from it, but nothing seems to work...

its just the server then..

not the modem, if you are connected to the internet, then its just the server on the internet
