My last name is being changed by one letter?

im only 16 but my last name is being changed by one letter, from sh to ch and i've already changed it on my passport and greencard and both have cost money. next up is my social security card. does anyone know how much it costs to change it on that? and also how much it costs to change it on your learner's permit?
