My left eye hurts really bad?

I accidently slept with my contacts in i know bad idea, but i put eye drops in and im not wearing my contacts right now and they keep watering and they hurt everytime i blink is there anything i can do to help it. I have a soccer game tonight and i need to wear my contacts in to see.

ok wat u need to do is wash ur contact with baking soda. u need to go to ur bathroom wit som bakin soda put som sulotion in ur palm of ur hand wit som bakin soda and gentle rub them wit the sulotion but do each contact one at a tim.

if the lens is out of the eye then you scratched to eye surface

not recommended to wear for several days
