  1. my initial thought is plantar fascitis

  2. prob a heel spurt

    i have one

get heel supports for ur shos at any drugstore

  3. Until your feet get use to it you will be fine.

sometimes its the shoes that people use to run.

  4. Maybe you sprained it or something. Try some other exercise. Like push up' s or something.

  5. I would look into a better pair of shoes.  The shoes you are wearing may not be providing the support your foot requires and could be causing stress or possibly injury!  Go to a shoe store and tell the what you need shoes for.  If its a good store they should know how to measure your foot and arch to find a proper shoe for you!

  6. I suggest either STOP running, or get a new foot... Sorry for the bad news.

  7. Don't Run

  8. i think you're overdoing it a little. try to take some rests you know. did you eat healthy food? i think you're lacking vitamins

  9. The top of your foot is a weird place to have pain after running. If you're going to run I would suggest you get running shoes from a running store. They will make sure you get the right shoes for your feet.

  10. You overworked your left foot, let it rest for a while longer. If the problem persists, then schedule an appointment with your doctor. Often times, when this happens to me, I try to do exercises that do not require me to run or do anything too intense on the injured limb. Maybe push-ups or benching, for now. Take care.

  11. 'It' is because you just started, your body isn't used to running your weight -around and such. Soak your foot in a bucket of  me water for 8-10 minutes after you workout.

  12. Im thinkin its your body just being sore. After a few weeks of doing it everyday it should stop. goodluck!

  13. its probably because you are out of shape. you should try one on those ace bandages or the things that are ice and then hot. it could also just be where you have a pressure point so before and after exercising massage the area
