My left nipple seems to be cracked and was pounding and crusty it was also pinkish. Please help?

It sounds like you may have some sort of mammary gland or some other sort of infection.  You should definitely go see a physician and have this checked out.  If it's really dry, you may want to put some Vaseline on it so it doesn't get any drier, but definitely go see a doctor as soon as possible.

Don't worry, it's probably something easily treatable with some ointment and/or antibiotics, but you definitely need to make an appointment as soon as you can because I'm sure it's painful :(.

It sounds like a yeast infection.  Go to the doctor and get a prescription for a fungal treatment.  Yeast can spread to all sorts of places, so I'd get it treated ASAP.  

Don't put neosporin or antibiotic ointment on it, it won't work if it's yeast, and it will make it get worse because yeast loves moisture.

And Dont Wear A Top To Bed As It wont Get Air To It
