My leg got burned and i need help?

i fell on my moped and my leg got burned on a hot box. it hurts sometimes theres two parts where the first layer is gone and its like red. i've been putting peroxide and neosporin is there anything else to help

That's at least a second degree burn, possibly a third degree, dependent on how deep the tissue was involved.  

Infection is a worry here, and scarring a real likelihood.

If the area is not large, and you don't want to see a doctor, you must realize burns take a long time to heal, and they hurt for several days.

Ordinary pain killers will help some, as will the ointment.  Eventually it will scab over and begin to regrow skin/scar tissue.  Keep it clean and dry.

when you are bathing don't let the water go in the surface where you were burn after go to the specialist and ask what is the first aid in that burn.
