  1. Well, if it was "Gushing" out, then it was a more serious pressurized blood passage way, not just a capillary injury.

Now when you say gush, was it literally streaming out, or just a fast ooze?  Chances are that it was a vein if you had a stream, it's not likely that it was an artery, though... it would be a real bright red if it was.

That swollen bruise just sounds like a large hematoma, which is just a collection of blood under the skin.  If it continues to get worse, go to the emergency room.  It would probably take a couple weeks for the color to go away.

  2. I would suggest to go to the hospital and get it checked out as you never know what kind of bacteria was on it.

  3. Possibly a vein- lots of bruising indicates a haematoma.

If it's clean and, has stopped bleeding and you're up to date on your tetanus shots, don't worry.

  4. Well it could be a vein, but it all depends on where that tack was from? Because if it was just some tack on a street or something, then you really got to get yourself checked out, there could be many different bacteria in that tack.

If its still bleeding take a napkin and apply some pressure on it, that should stop the bleeding, if it still doesn't stop after a minute, go to a hospital.

  5. Quickly cover the wound area with spiritus, strong alcohol to avoid infection. If the wound is more serious than ordinary knifecut,go to a doctor. After spiritus, bandage the plase

  6. what the h**l do you think is going to come out

    candy

  7. i would say a big vein was caught. apply some pressure for a while and if that doesn't slow it down get yourself off to the hospital
