  1. DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF!!!!!! My cousin is an excellent runner and can run a 4:47 mile. She has tought me a lot and i know for a fact that you should not push yourself. You might have pulled a muscle and if you push yourself, then a bone or something in your legs can be seriously injured. The best thing to do is put ice on your legs (in a bag) and rest. Keep the ice on for 10-20 minutes. every night for 2 nights. Or if that doesn't work, keep putting the ice on for 2 more days.

  2. Do Yhu Stretchh before yhu Runn?

If Not Then Start It Will probably help Alot

  3. that good.

    buy icy/hot for you legs.

    it works soo good!

  4. if your going to go for a run, eat something small, and than take motrin, about 20 min before you go for a run, take hot bath's and dont over jog yourself, 1 run per day about 45 min is good.

  5. hey moron - your body is trying to tell you to take it easy! would you run a horse constantly without a break especailly if it was in pain? no! - give yourself a couple days break - the pavement will still be there!

  6. Hi i run competively, and am also suffering from leg pain. Where are you suffering these pains? 'leg pain' is not very specific. it could be numerous underlying issues. after you have ran, have a hot shower, then alternatre hot and cold water on your legs in the shower. This increases blood circulation and will prevent any swelling in the legs, thus decreasing risk of injury and speed up recovery. hope this helps!

  7. Are you runing by yourself?  joining a group of runners, would be of benfit, there you would follow a regimen and do you stretching before and after your runs. For the problem with your legs now see a sports medicine doctor, to see just what the problem is, and what to do for the legs in order that they will stop "killing you"

  8. stretch

  9. if your legs are killing you cut them off to save your life.

  10. ok first have some one else take you to a doctor then after they talk to you and let you go ( do NOT NOT NOT listen to the doctors unless they say not to walk ) then go to some one and go get some masages

  11. Hmmm

    Maybe your over doing it

  12. try to watch what you eat you need more than wate rmaybe you arent getting enough dairy in your diet
