I do the elliptical at a low icline with no resistance for 30 min? Is running better or will that increase muscle?

  1. If your legs are muscled because of cardio activities (your job, elliptical, etc), they're *most likely* as lean as they can get (as cardio activities slim your muscles).

    The only way your legs would be able to bulk up, is weight training, and I'm assuming you've never done that so...

    The only way to decrease your already lean muscle is to stop doing cardio activities at all.

    That being said, you probably have muscular legs via genetics. Why would you want to get rid of them?
