  1. stretch them before, after and while you run


  2. you need to stretch and do some warm up laps lol. they should be a little "stiff" i guess if you do a lot of running/working out and such, but if its problematic i suggest just trying to stretch and maybe warming up a bit more and seeing if that helps.
