Question:

My legs are still killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

okay i already posted a question about this but its still happening after activity. my legs hurt so bad its at the shins mostly and thighs and quads. i stretch before activity but it still happens. now since i sprint alot i can't because of the pain help please

  1. take a break, no more sprinting for a while, take some pain killer medicine or those pads that relieve pain. If nothing works, go see a doctor


  2. if it is the shins slow down, means you are trying to reach a level your legs are not ready for.  Try easing into it a bit slower.  dont worry so much about quads and thighs pain there is more common.  If you are having trouble with your speed it might be your legs are weak try squating that really builds your legs.  most runners say they benefit from squatting and the dead lift.  If you have never squatted beware of the pain you will feel! it will slow down your running but eventually all will even out.
