Question:

My legs are very sore, help?

so since monday from 8-11 i've been at tennis practice

most of it is running, and conditioning our legs (probably 2 of the 3 hours)

is there anything i can do to ease the pain? every part of my legs hurt, but its mostly in my calves

  1. I know how this feels from conditioning for j.r.o.t.c. so what you need to do is to sit down and relax try not to do to much. But of course do not get too lazy. To maintain the muscles that you are building try streching throughout the day to keep the muscle that is being built strong. This worked for me and i hope it works for you as well!
