My legs hurt after running?

right after i start running the side of my calves (inner calves) hurt on both legs. they stop hurting right after i stop running. what should i do?

  2. u should probably rest and u should probably rest for a day and dont run it will probably stress out your legs rest for a day and if it still hurts rest for another if it still hurts when u run go to the doctors!

  4. you have to stretch first. but even though it hurts you run the next time it will go away

  5. Well it depends. First off, you have to warm up and stretch. If it is something you do on a regular basis then you should apply icy hot before you begin to warm up and stretch. If you don't want to do that then you can always just wait to afterwards and apply ice for like 20-30 minutes. I run track so I know exactly what pains you are talking about. My coach and trainer suggested that I do those two things.
