Actually, this is completely normal for Leopard Geckos.

Make sure you feed your gecko regularly for best results.

First, I reccommend going to leopardgecko.com for care sheets and other things. And I have no idea if this only applies for snakes or not, but a heating pad underneath the cage helps their digestion majorly. If that isn't a factor, he might be eating the wrong stuff. Or there are chemicals or something in the food that isn't normally there, and he's either not used to it or not supposed to have it.
