My lg shine wont let me download anything!?

it keeps popping up with "forbidden". help?

i just baught it yesterday, the lady who helped me said its probably just a lag. im starting to doubt that...

contact your service providers technical department. you have downloaded , but the material has jammed. it is not a uncommon problem. takes minutes to solve. quick try take battery out, leave out for 5 minutes . reinstall, this may solve problem . it definatly is not a lag, or your phone. it is a service provider fault . good luck .

yeah I have a few friends who say the same thing.  there also having a hard time putting music on there phone.  one of um already re-sold it on ebay.  might want to think about trading it out.

If you just got it at the retailers  they should have the 30 day trial period. GOOD LUCK! *:)
