That's there for a reason.

I would not try to bypass them; it is against the law.

And ew - p**n in a public place? Ew at p**n in general.

go to a proxy, just go to google or another search engine, and type in proxy, alot of them come up, then go to the proxy and read, most of them tell you how to use it, you probably shouldn't be looking at p**n in a library, but that's up to you and not my business so here's one way you can do it.

well you dont, unless you have a private pc somewhere else.  they are there for their protection as well as yours.
