My lights cause my oulet to buzz?

So i have 4 recess lights and they are controlled through a dimmer. I also have 3 outlets in my room, and one of them buzzes when i dim my lights in my room, can i fix this?, because to me that shouldn't happen. should i put one of thoughts outlets with a breaker or tripper in it? or new dimmer, what!?!

If I understand your facts correctly and you are stating them correctly, you need to have a professional look at this immediately. The only reason why I have ever seen an outlet buzz is a loose wire that is overheating. That is very VERY dangerous.

Are you certain the buzzing is coming from the outlet?
