You could always go to noggin .com because they have party ideas, crafts, and much more.

As the above person mentioned, what you can mostly find are party ideas, etc. but if you are looking for something like a plush of them or something of that nature, I have never seen any that are officially made, so your best bet if you want something like that for your son, try to find someone who makes high quality plush dolls. I think there may be a few more out there, but this one had a site with several positive comments and a photo.
