My lil brothers had been sick for a very long long time what to do?

Well they been sick for a LONG LONG time maybe 2 weeks or more? they been to teh doctors 3 times to get medince

My lil brother might have to go take xrays

and my mom is giving them stuff to drink and idk if its safe

its Lemon jucie with salt <--- EWW!

my brothers are 8 adn 5

is there anitype of thing i can do for them?

my mom is starting to nag and its starting to pist me off

ew! hide the lemon juice, poor boys, IDK, I hope they get better soon, ever listen to what the doctor&#039;s say, do you go with your mom and brothers? I would ask the doctor&#039;s if lemon juice is alright, too much may upset their stomach, plus I don&#039;t think too much is good for the enamel on teeth....I&#039;ve heard.

Whats wrong with them ? Idk just be nice to them and try to hang out with them (you feel really lonely when your sick ) maybe sneak them some some ice cream and have a board game marathon . Get them some stuff like cool books you liked when you were there age and read to them (captain underpants is cool book or harry potter ) just make sure they arent bored really . Who knows you might actually bond with your brothers who are probably a little bit scared about there sickness .        I have never in my life heard about doctors telling kids to drink lemon and salt maybe they have a chest cough or a thoat problem . I would just go to your mom and ask whats up with your brothers and can she explain it all to you because you are worried . Hopefully its not a big problem but talking to your mom about it all would make you feel better .

  Bottom line brothers are annoying (cant stand mine :) ) but if there sick they must be scared so just being with them would mean a lot to them .

Be nice to them and your mom. Your mom&#039;s probably stressed with having children so young be sick, so try to help her by helping with housework and not stressing her more by doing your homework and stuff. Be nice to your little brothers by reading to them and giving them juice. Your mom probably won&#039;t be so crabby when she sees that you are helping her and being nice your brothers.

Lemon juice and salt will not hurt them.  It is good for loosening phlegm to help with a bad cough.  If the problem is respiratory, especially with young children...even more so if they share a bedroom, I would not rule out hazardous molds or carbon monoxide.  It might be a good idea to ask your mom or dad to have the room tested for carbon monoxide and check the attic / basement / walls for molds.

It is probably just a nasty cold holding on, but wiping down door k***s, faucets, and bathrooms with Chlorox or Lysol wipes and washing hands and changing bedding often might help them both get over the illness sooner.  Your mom is taking them to the doctor, so they are getting good care.  I wouldn&#039;t worry too much.  They will be picking on you soon enough. =)

If you have brothers that are sick then your mother is under an awful lot of stress.  If you want to have some peace in your life then you should look your mother in the eye every day and calmly ask her what, if anything, you can do to support her during this time. She will definately need someone to talk to calmly about what is going on so maybe you can simply listen to her share her thoughts.     If she is the sole caregiver then she may not even be able to think straight because she is carrying the world on her shoulders.  Maybe she needs to consider going for another opinion. To see a highly regarded doctor - expert in the particular field. Many times people put all their faith in one doctor and doctors are only human.  It may be worth going to see the health professional known to be the &#039;best of the best&#039;.  If the problem is not solved shortly, urge your mother to get another opinion from an expert.  Now is the time to be kind to your mother - her nerves are shot.
