My limewire songs got deleted!?

One Day i opend it up and there was Nothing there and it Screwed up my itunes to! Help Someone

It could have gotten moved, what you can do is go to start and search and type in a name of a song you know you had and if it finds it look at the path and it should tell you where it has been moved to but if you don't find it and you know for sure you had it, then it's gone like a freight train gone like yesterday. LOL good luck

probably virus, or its well hiden so that u can't find it

And if it's a virus it's probably one you got from something you downloaded using limewire.  Poetic justice.

Well I would recommend in getting a decent external hard drive. If you want to keep your downloaded files.

that way the chances are you won't lose your songs again.

what I usually do, is burn the songs I download from Mininova.org to DVD or CD to store it as back up.

I'm not sure about downloads from Limewire or Itunes but your best bet is to back them up in an external hard drive.

There are a lot external hard drives in the market, but choosing the right one is crucial.

This is the best answer I can give, hope its decent enough.

oh yeah, always full scan your computer just in case.
