My limewire wont connect. why?

i load limewire and on the bottom left the bars dont go all the way up meaning its not connected, its always conncted before and it just stopped working out of nowhere , i just now reinstalled it but it still doesnt connect. if its a firewall how do i turn it off or what do i do?...and when i click on file the connect option is already clicked.

Sadly this happens, its to do with a temp file (or something like that), the easiest way is to tell limewire where to stick it,and download utorrent,

You can alternatively create a new account for limewire,and use the "RUN AS" command.

Normally it does that when they have a new version too download, so just install the newer version and it works (:

I have this problem every now and then, try closing it and opening it again.
