  1. mine is still slighty there after 15months now

    but it fades slowly

    dont worry =)

  2. i had mine still my daughter mia is 2yrs and i have a 9 week old and still have it the same one as with my daughter

  3. I have 6 children and have never gotten much of a dark line however every body differs.

Talk to dr. but be prepared you may have pigment issues and it may stay

  4. mines still there too after 15 years!!

  5. My son is 10 1/2 months old and the faint line is still there :( I'm trying to see it as a badge of honor for going through 9 months and delivery ;)

  6. I have a nearly 7 month old and still have a brown belly button!!!

  7. mine is still there after 6 months!

  8. It took 9 months to create this, and 10 weeks isn't long enough to make it go away.  I could be years before this clears up.  You can get fade cream to help take away the discoloration.

  9. My youngest has her first birthday in 3 weeks and I still have mine too.

  10. mine was quite strong until about 8 months after the birth when it started fading and now you can't really see it that well. my mum, who had 5 children, still has hers though. i think it just depends. give it some time - it might still fade. mia is a gorgeous name! love it

  11. Some go away in a week, some take up to a year..,..

WIth four kids, I've had it go away in days, and (now I just checked) my Isaac is 5 1/2 weeks old and there is still a faint line...

I believe with my last it was about 4 weeks,

with my second about 2 months,

and my first, about one week.

    Give it time. :)

  12. mine is gone now but, it took almost a year

  13. it may take some time to fade, if it fades at all. mine was still there when i fell pregnant with my second daughter, who is 7 years younger than my first, but now its completely gone and the second is only 3!

  14. It may never go away. I suggest you pick up the book "What to expect when you're expecting" It will answer any questions you have (Yes I know you're not expecting anymore) In that book it says it can take a week, 6 months, a year, or it may never go away. I think they are cute though, so don't worry!

  15. I had my son just over 7 months ago and mines still very faintly there, as for the brown belly button I used a cotton bud with some face cleanser and it went... it was mostly just dead skin. Yuk

  16. The brown line down your belly and in your belly button, all that is dirt.  Mine is all gone and i had to scrub it off, it was gone about 5 months later. If you use a cloth and soap, just scrub it everytime you take a shower, and you'll see the brown stuff on the cloth when you scrubb...after a few times it should be off...like i said, mine is all off.
