My lip ball wont come off

Question

i have a stud in and the ball will not come off what should i do i dont want to take the bar off just change the ball

Take a little bit of petroleum jelly and warm it in the microwave, but do not make it hot. Cover the ball with the warm jelly and wait a few minutes and it should be fine

to take it off you turn it to the right. make sure its dry. if it wont come off well then, i don't know.. :-S
