My lip is swollen and i think its from a ingrown pimple HELP!?

my lip is gigantic now

like it doesnt look normal

i think its becuase my ingrown pimple that was right below my lower lip

how can i reduce the swelling?

and how can i get rid of the ingrown pimple and prevent them?

use a black head remover (small little metal tool with a loop, you can find it at a pharmacy like place) to pop any ingrown zits. it hurts, but I've done it and it prevents it from getting all gross and big.
