My lip ring hurts from time to time?

I had it for 4 months and seems like after I eat(rough) foods it huts a tad tad tad bit not allot it does bleed I can touch it and everything

It only hurts when I try to slid it back in fourth(Inside only)

& I just bought more mouth wash and I'm going to keep cleaning it like I did in the healing period time.but what I'm I doing wrong?

take it off when you are eat and then put in on when you want to .
