  1. The video game addiction is for your parents to deal with and there's absolutely nothing wrong with ice water.


  2. No one but your parents can help your brother. Be sure to understand, if your parents continue to let him do the video games, he will not have exercise, overweight, bad eyes eventually, no work ethics...need I go on......Talk to your parents, this is serious
