I have 5 kids from 8 to 28 years of age.  I have watched my kids give each other presents for many years.  There are many ways to answer this question but the best answers are generally the simple ones we seem to over-look.

Kids LOVE TOYS!  But face it...at 7 he is probably going to play with it for a few days and forget it.  My 8 year old has too many of these types of toys.  Games are great but usually end up the same way.

My 28 year old found a great way to give gifts that all his younger siblings love to receive.  He gives himself!  

Try a few of these ideas:

1. Take you little brother to the park and spend the day focusing ONLY on him.

2. Take him out to his favorite eating place then to the arcade.

3. If he likes sports take him to a college or professional game.

4. Fishing and camping can be fun with hot dogs and smore's.

You can even plan the adventure together and really get him excited!

Simply use your imagination.  Giving your little brother something as valuable as time with his brother is a gift that he will look forward to every year.  There's no gift that can compete with the special memories you will be creating.

Usually boys of 7 years old are very happy when you give them toys .If you know what he doesn't have for example a control remote car or a piano.It's better to give a child an instructional toy or something that does't contain violence.Good luck in your search.
