My little cuzin has a webkinz and she...?

my little cuzin has a webkinz and she wont stop askin me for some reason why the clubhouse says its open but it wont let her in, plz help me i dont even no what webkinz is but if u have any answers i will tell her plz help me!!

Ganz has been trying to work out all of the problems in the Clubhouse for many months, but now they finally have it working.  I can get into it quite easily, although sometimes it does take a while.  My advice to your cousin?  Be patient, keep trying, and if you still can't get in, call or email the people at Ganz.  Good luck!  *_*

I don't really know what happened to the club house every time i try to get on it the screen comes up blue maybe its a tech problem she should probably e-mail ganz or send them a letter or call to have them fix it i think i will to but i hope i helped some
