My little finger is stiff! why?

my little finger on my left hand is stiff and i cant move it smoothly without it locking into place suddenly, this is really annoying because it means i cant use that finger to play guitar! im 15 so i dont think it is arthritis and it doesnt hurt. does anyone know what it could be?

Stress, food allergy, youth-arthritis, injury, pulled muscle, strained muscle, etc.

Be sure to warm up your fingers before and after practicing.

hmmm, ok stop playing guitar for a couple of days and see if its getting better. if not then go see a doctor dude!
