My little leo has somthin liquidy on his lip?

It could be an upper respiratory infection, especially if it looks bubbly. As a previous answer posted, mouth rot. It is definitely NOT rabies, as reptiles are not affected by that disease, only mammals are. Have your gecko checked out by a vet that specializes in exotics - if it is an infection, antibiotics may be needed.
