My little sister just gave me a wedgie! Help!!!?

Question

ok, so my sister and i were in the hot tub. and for a reason i cant remember, we got into a splash fight. then we ended up sorta wrestling around. i thought it would be funny to untie her top. so i did and it fell to the floor. she of course quickly grabbed it.while she was doing that i was gonna turn the jets on so i turned around to press the jet button. then all of a sudden i feel my bikini bottom just fly up to my neck. it hurt so bad and she just kept it there for like 10 minutes. whats the most appropiate way to take revenge, and how? (details plz)

I agree with naughtyg.  If this is a problem for you where you are contemplating revenge, then you must have alot of free time.  A wedgie?  Come on, get real.  Life is full of problems. This is trivial.
