My littlest pet shop?

Is there any playset that contains a ferris wheel or something?Because my little sister keeps talking about a Pet shop ferris wheel but I can't find it on any website.Is there even such a thing?Help me!

There is a toy called Pet Town and it has an elevator which takes the pets up to three separate chairs which revolves, like a ferris wheel to a child, when you wind up the top piece... it is lime green,pink and yellow mainly, and was purchased at Wal-Mart.
