My live rock came with brought friends? ?

my live rock introduced what i think is a kind of shrimp into my tank. they get to be about a centimeter big, are clear white, and look like a mix between a lobster and a shrimp and only come out at night. anyone know what it is?

they are copepods and ampripods,good to have,and good live rock will be loaded with them.
