Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)

Microsoft Certified System Administration (MCSA) can anyone recommend there courses? are they a good thing to have for a career in IT? they are alot of money should i take one or both? they also do some others "Implementing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure: Network Services"Implementing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure: Network Hosts as well as a few others. are these just separate parts of the MCDST and MCSA or are they something different.the lecturer isnt available to speak to and i need to sign up for the courses asap. can anyone give me some advice please!!
