My lock 134 janome

Question

hi it's me,,, erra,,, i would like to know what can i do,,, coz, my overlocker machine,,mode, "My Lock 134 Janome,",, got stuck,,

the wheel doesn;'t want to move,, i tried to take the needles out, thought it might help,, but did nothing,,,

i've tried evrything,,, but still not working,,

please help,
