Here is my list of ailments and questions.

1. Every now and then, i get these very sharp pains that start at the bottom of my neck (shoulder area) and shoot up like lightening to the top of my skull. it happens when i turn it in a certain direction and during some activities, but it hurts like a b**ch. anyone know what that’s about?

2. Every day or so, i get up and get these wicked head rushes. i mean, i stumble and blackout for a few seconds and when i wake up everything is spinning and its seems dark. Yesterday i actually fell to the ground. i don’t get high, or drink or smoke, and I’m 15. Help.

And btw, i eat normally (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and i work out normally.

3. This is weird...

I am 15, and i have normal growth..."down south"...but, i have more armpit hair on one arm than the other...it's been like this for awhile, and while they're both growing, one side is growing more. What’s up with that?

And another question, it’s in the wrong place, but,

i have flat feet, and I’m an only child, what happens if there's another draft?

Serious answers only thanks.

i appreciate the help.

4. My heart skips a beat every day. around the same time. i dont know why. anhyone?

5. is this a good exercise routine?

-25 normal pushups

-25 widearm pushups

-25 fingerups (all 5 fingers pointed down on ground and then do a reg. pushup)

-20 pullups

-120 situps

-5 minutes of 6 inch lifts

-10 minutes of dumbbell lifting (10 lbs.)

-get up at 6 and run 3 miles total(1.5 to, 1.5 back) at a steady pace.

is it good?

  2. The only sound advice I can give you ,is see your Dr for a check-up.There are to many things going on.I think he can answer them all for you,

We here are no Dr's and cannot diagnose your problems.

So,make an appointment and set your mind to rest.

  3. I would go and see a Dr. Get a complete physical and ask your questions there. Some of these could either be serious or absolutely nothing to worry about..but a Dr. could tell you best.
