My lsptop wont open programs it comes up 2 open with a program?

When i try to open programs it has me choose a program to open it with i've tried to use system restore but it won't let me open it either. It won't open anything when we downloaded a new internet provider its security over road our computer see i did not mean 2 make u torrent as the default program by missteak and i took it off my computer now i cant install anything please help

No Problem buddy,

Just press SHIFT key and right click.. you will see a context menu called "open with" press that, and then you can choose your default program to open.. thats it... u r now good :-)
