My main corporation named is registered but my Business name coincides with another business?

Both business names are not trademarks, Do I need to change it ?

Your main corporation, which should be incorporated in the State of Indiana, shoud cover the corporation name in all counties.

If you have different businesses, and are not in competition with each other, there is no issue.

If you are in the same business, the company who started using it for business FIRST has precedence.

A trademark is not a business name.

If you are the company who used that business name first or trademark first, you have the right to it IF you can prove you used it FIRST.
