My male cat has something weird on his nipple?

I was rubbing my 5 year old chubby cats belly and noticed something weird. Coming out of one of his nipples is like a protruding crusty material the size of like an eraser on the end of a pencil. It was really weird looking. What could it be? I was afraid to pull on it cause i didnt want to hurt my cat. Anyone ever hear of this before?

Today I was petting my fat male tabby cat too! And I knoticed something dark brown that was inside his skin and you could feel the tip of it. As I squeezed it a bit It got longer and I tweezed it. I thought it was some tick or something. my mom said it looked like his nipple. I hope it was just the fluid! After I got that out i tried to squeeze it a lil more just in case there was some left over. But thats when my cat started meow and back kick me in the face.

So  I hope it will be fine. I have it in the freezer just in case.
