You "male cat" is female. If your cat is indeed male, it has gotten fat and just looks pregnant. You should have the vet look at it to tell you if 1. it's male or female. 2. Is this a blockage of the colon causing swelling (I just had to put mine down about a week and a half ago for that). 3. Is you cat just eating more and exercising less and just getting fat. A male cat can't get pregnant.
