My manual vacuum hose for my swimming pool has a hole the width of an ink pen. Is there any hope of a fix?

A patch, or vinyl glue of some sort perhaps?

  1. cut the bad piece out and reattach the ends with a vacuum hose coupler available from a pool store


  2. Try covering it with silicon aquarium caulk, AND wrap it with some waterproof tape to keep the caulk in place.
