My maple tree is about 3-4 yrs old. Has droopy leaves and bark that peels off. It seems weak. What Do I do?

Check your irrigation and drainage.  I don't know what kind of soil you have, but if it's clay or heavy, there could be drainage problems which would stress the tree.  Conversely, if you have sandy soil, water could drain too quickly, dehydrating the tree.  You'll need to poke some holes around the base of the tree, being cautious of the roots, to check on this.  Good luck.
