my marketing staff says that all customers doesnt need the product?but the poduct is well moving.what would have answer for my staff?

well what is happening the product is good and your staff do not want to go out mkt and the main reason they are lasy and meeting the wrong people...see where it is moving and target that seg of people

check out on ur staff. if the marketing is not good, sales will not keep up for long.

Second, if the sales are really going well, get ur product patented, so that competition may not creep in on ur profits.

If you really feel so, better go for an outside independent evaluation; why, because if your product is really doing well then due to your staff attitude, you may be loosing growth. And after some time the competition may crop up from within and you may loose substantial business. Hire a good outside evaluator-professional, have the things (info/details) in their right perspective and take a right decision at the right time.
