57% is second divison so you might be slightly below 3.0 GPA, but your admission councellor might be able to provide you the exact conversion and there are also services that you cna pay for converting % to GPA, that will be accepted by schools in US/Canada.

I'm not sure where you're from, but a 57% in an American university is a failing mark. There are 2 main grading scales in the US:

90-100% = A (4.0/4.0)

80-89% = B (3.0/4.0)

70-79% = C (2.0/4.0)

60-69% = D (1.0/4.0)

59% and below = Failing/No credit

93-100% = A

86-92% = B

77-85% = C

70-76% = D

69% and below = F

Your best bet is to go to your school and ask them as they'll have a better idea what your 57% is equivalent to in the US.
