My mash page?

I need help on my mash page on my avatar area, I cant pick a picture i want it wont let me, it keeps saying Sorry we cannot accept this file format.

It will let me pick my yahoo avatar picture only or the blank pic,I would appreciate some help,I also emailed yahoo with no luck from them ,I am using a jpeg pic to

changes  & updating is causeing  these problems

Yahoo will give you an answer it might just take a while otherwise just try every day until they fix the problem

not for sure there does seem to be glitches, possibly cause of changes or updating, your not the only one, with error,

try updating yahoo local "My Local" images,
